AIBE 20 Notification 2025: The wait for the candidates for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE 20 Exam 2025) is going to end soon. The Bar Council of India (BCI) will release the exam date and schedule under AIBE 20 Notification 2025 on its official website, allindiabarexamination.com. This will include the last date of registration, the date of release of the admit card and the date of examination.

Let us tell you that the AIBE exam is very important for law graduates, because only after passing it, the candidates get a Certificate of Practice (COP). Without this, they cannot practice as a lawyer in any court.

AIBE 20 Notification 2025: Notification will be issued

The official notification of AIBE 20 is likely to be released this month, i.e. in September 2025. In which complete details of the last date of application, fees, admit card and exam dates will be given. Let us tell you that according to the rule brought by BCI in 2010, it is mandatory for all law students who graduated after 2009-10 to pass the AIBE exam to practice law.

AIBE 20 Application Fee 2025

For General / OBC candidates: Application fee around Rs 3,500.

For SC / ST candidates: Application fee around Rs 2,500.

The fee has to be paid through online mode like debit card, credit card or net banking.

AIBE 20 Exam Pattern 2025

Mode of examination: Offline (on OMR sheet)

Number of questions: 100 multiple-choice questions

Time: 3 hours 30 minutes

Topics: Indian Constitution, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Company Law, IPC, CrPC, CPC, Evidence Act, Professional Ethics, etc.

There will be no negative marking.

  • Click on the Registration Link given on the homepage.
  • Create a new account and enter your details.
  • Fill the application form by logging in to the dashboard.
  • Upload the required documents.
  • Pay the application fee.
  • After submitting, download the application form and confirmation page.

AIBE 20 Admit Card 2025

Admit cards will be uploaded on the website about 10 days before the exam. It will be mandatory for the candidates to download it and take it to the examination centre. The admit card will contain information like the candidate’s name and roll number, exam centre address, exam date and time.
