Unique feat of a wicket keeper
An exciting match was played between Raigad Royals and Puneri Bappa in the Maharashtra Premier League 2025. This match has been quite tremendous. A video emerged from this match, which became a topic of discussion. The video is so surprising that everyone is taken aback. Raigarh Royals, who came out to chase the target of 203 runs, lost their big wicket in the very first over.
With this, the team’s very reliable batsman, Harsh Mogaveera, was run out uniquely. Meanwhile, what happened was that Siddhesh Veer played the ball towards the leg side and ran to take a run.
Harsh, standing at the other end, first came out of the crease, but then both the batters decided not to take a run. Now the wicketkeeper ran behind the ball and aimed at the stump. The ball hit the stump directly, but the batsman had already reached inside the crease.
Now this throw of the keeper, after uprooting the stump of the batting end, went towards the non-striker, and the leg stump there also rolled in the air. When this throw from the keeper came and hit the non-striker’s end, the batsman, i.e., Harsh, was out of the crease. Harsh had to see the way to the pavilion even though he did not want to.
