CBSE Supplementary Result 2026 Coming Soon: The CBSE Class 12 supplementary examination was conducted on July 28 at designated centres across the country. Lakhs of students who appeared for this exam are now eagerly awaiting their results. Students and parents should note that the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to release the Class 12 supplementary results by next week. Students are advised to keep checking the official website for updates.

Based on past trends, results were previously released 16 days after the exam; therefore, it is expected that this year’s results will be declared by next week. The results will be announced online via the official CBSE website, cbse.gov.in.

How to Download the Marksheet

Once the CBSE Class 12 supplementary results for 2026 are released, visit the official website at cbse.gov.in.
Click on the Class 12 result link located in the ‘Latest News’ section.
Enter your roll number, school number, admit card ID, and security PIN.
The result will appear on the screen.
Finally, download the scorecard and take a printout for future reference.

Students should note that they will not be able to download the original marksheet online. The original marksheet will be sent to the school a few days after the results are declared, and students can collect it from their school.

How to Check Results via DigiLocker

In addition to the official website, direct links to access the results will be available on the DigiLocker and official CBSE websites once the results are declared. Results can also be accessed via the UMANG app. Students are advised to visit the official website periodically for the latest updates regarding the results.

Original Marksheet and Further Process

The marksheet downloaded online is considered a provisional copy. You can use it to secure provisional admission to colleges immediately. A few days after the results are declared, the CBSE will send the original mark sheet and passing certificate to your respective school, from where you will be able to collect them.
