CBSE 2nd Board Result 2026: Students who appeared for the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 10 second board examination are awaiting their results. CBSE is set to announce the Class 10 second board exam results soon. Although the board has not yet shared the exact date for the result announcement, media reports suggest that the results will be released in July.
Admissions to Class 11 Have Begun
Students should note that the admission process for the next class has already started. Schools are granting admission based on the mark sheets from the main examination. If you wish to change schools, you can contact the school you wish to attend to secure admission. Additionally, the new academic session has commenced in schools, and classes for the next grade have already begun.
When Was the CBSE 2nd Board Exam Held?
The examination was conducted between May 15 and May 21, 2026, with over 6.68 lakh students from across the country participating. The results will be made available through the board’s official portals: cbseresults.nic.in and cbse.gov.in.
No Topper List Will Be Released
To prevent unhealthy competition among students, CBSE will not release any official topper list or merit list for this examination. To pass the exam, students are required to secure a minimum of 33 per cent marks in each subject.
Once declared, the results will be available on the board’s official websites: cbse.gov.in, results.cbse.nic.in, and cbseresults.nic.in. If access issues arise due to heavy website traffic, students can also obtain their results via the UMANG app, DigiLocker, SMS, and IVRS.
Final marksheets provided by schools
Final marksheets will be issued by CBSE soon after the results are released. The board will send all students’ marksheets to their schools. Students can visit their schools and contact their class teachers or principals to obtain their scorecards.
