YuvaSathi Scheme 2026: Money Will Not Be Credited to These Bank Accounts! Check Details

Today, February 27, is the last date to apply for the Banglar Yuva Sathi scheme. According to the West Bengal government’s guidelines, the process of accepting applications for this special scheme started from February 15. This monthly allowance scheme has received a huge response in the last 9 days. Till Wednesday, the number of applicants for this special scheme had reached 76 lakh 77 thousand. About 77 lakh applicants applied for monthly allowance from this scheme through both online and offline methods. However, many may not know that there are some bank accounts in which the money from the Yuva Sathi scheme will not be deposited. Here is the information.

The West Bengal government had earlier made it clear that educated but unemployed youth of the state between the ages of 21 and 41 can apply for this scheme. Although the minimum educational qualification to get the benefits of this scheme is secondary school pass. Also, according to the government’s guidelines, several bank accounts are not applicable for this scheme.

Needless to say, applicants who have joint accounts or joint accounts and have provided the account details in the application form for the Yuva Sathi scheme will not get the monthly allowance from this scheme. At the same time, it is reported that the bank accounts which are not linked to Aadhaar, i.e. not linked to Aadhaar card, will not get the monthly allowance of Rs 1500 from this scheme of the West Bengal government. Also, if the account is not active, the applicant may face problems in getting the monthly allowance of this scheme.
