Aadhaar Card Update : In the country, nearly everyone possesses an Aadhaar card, which serves as a crucial document. The Aadhaar card is required to access numerous government schemes. Additionally, it is utilized for various significant activities, including enrolling children in school, acquiring a new SIM card, starting a new job, and investing in stocks, mutual funds, and cryptocurrencies. Issued by the UIDAI, Aadhaar serves as a proof of identity. However, errors may occur during the Aadhaar card creation process. These errors can be rectified by visiting the nearest Aadhaar service center. It is important to note that certain mistakes can only be corrected once.

For instance, if there is a misspelling of your name on the Aadhaar card, you are allowed to update it only once. After this update, no further changes to your name will be permitted. Similarly, if your gender has been incorrectly recorded, you can also make this correction only once.
