You can apply for this project in both online and offline methods. To apply online, go to the website https://wbbcdev.webstep.in. The form will be available there. You have to fill up all the necessary information and submit it. In this project, talented students who will appear for the NEET, JEE and WBJEE exams in 2027 will be given training. Classes will be held every Saturday and Sunday for 4 hours. A stipend of Rs 300 per class for 10 months will be given, totaling Rs 3,000. However, to get the benefits of this scheme, the family income should be less than Rs 3 lakh per year.

However, at the moment, residents of all districts of the state will not get the benefits of this scheme. For now, students of East Medinipur can apply. It is reported that camps have been arranged in seven places in East Medinipur district. Students will be trained there.
