Vande Bharat Sleeper- Vande Bharat train has made its mark among the railway passengers in a very short time. Due to this, Vande Bharat train is now being run on most routes. Seeing the increasing interest towards Vande Bharat, now a decision has been taken to run Vande Bharat Sleeper.
Giving this information, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that India’s first Vande Bharat sleeper train service will start next month. However, it has not been told on which route the first sleeper Vande Bharat train will run. Many excellent facilities will be provided in the Vande Bharat Sleeper Train, which will include sensor activated interconnecting doors, touch-free bio-vacuum toilets and talk-back units, USB charging, reading lights, security cameras etc.
First class coupes will have stairs for easy access to the upper berths and flight-style attendant buttons. There will also be anti-collision system ‘Kavach’ and anti-climbing technology to prevent train accidents. According to the information received, India’s first Vande Bharat sleeper train will have 16 coaches. The total passenger capacity will be 1,128. The Vande Bharat Sleeper train has been designed to run at a maximum speed of 180 kmph.
The Railway Minister said that with the inclusion of the new generation semi-high speed train in the railway network, people will get a new experience of rail travel. He said that preparations are being made to change the entire face of railways through modern trains like Vande Sleeper, Vande Bharat, Amrit Bharat and Namo Bharat. He said that crores of people travel by train every year. The government’s goal is that railway passengers should get a new experience and way of living along with traveling.
