Rampur residents can now receive vehicle and driving license information from home directly to their mobile phones.
Rampur RTO Rajesh Srivastava stated that this service is to add maximum convenience to the public. People no longer need to return to the government offices again and again when they have the information they were making them wait for so long while they were in the office, directly to their mobile phone.
Simply save the chatbot number, 9125556777, to your phone, then, type “Hello” or “Hi” on WhatsApp, and the bot will reply immediately. You can even choose your language, Hindi or English.
RTO WhatsApp Chatbot: Check All Vehicle and License Information from Your Own Home
People can now easily check the status of their driving licenses at home by using this chatbot. If someone has applied for a driving license, they can check the progress of their application. The chatbot also provides a method for people to check vehicle registration. Any challans registered against a vehicle, automatically appears on their mobile phones.
You can also see information about road tax paid or pending. If a vehicle transfer is in progress, the chatbot will provide an update. People can check on any application to the Transport Department within seconds.
Rajesh Srivastava states the service is available day or night, twenty-four / seven. Now, people do not have to queue at the RTO, fill slips, or call / visit several times.
