A committee has also been formed for this. According to Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, at present the work of policy making for the scheme is going on.
For women who want to take advantage of this scheme, it is important that they keep the necessary documents ready in advance. Actually, the benefit of the scheme will be given only to those women who have a voter ID card and Aadhaar card with Delhi address.
At present, there are still many women who do not have these necessary documents. In such a situation, if they want to take advantage of the scheme, then they should get their voter card and Aadhaar card made as soon as possible. Otherwise, they will not be able to take advantage of this scheme.
As far as the launch of Mahila Samman Yojana is concerned, no official date has been announced by the government at present. However, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has assured on several occasions that the scheme will be implemented soon. It may take from a few weeks to a few months.
