According to railway rules, if you wish to travel on another train, you must purchase a general coach ticket. Only then can you travel on another train. The process is as follows:
Go to the ticket option and select ‘File TDR’. After entering the reason, the TDR is submitted, and the process is complete. Once the TDR is filed, the refund process begins. According to railway rules, the refund is sent directly to the account from which the ticket was booked. Refunds are usually received within 60 days.
