Warning from PNB: Last Chance to Update KYC by August 8

Punjab National Bank has given an important update for all customers. Earlier, the last date to update KYC was June 30. But for people who could not do it on time, the bank has extended the deadline to August 8. This is the final chance to update your KYC.

The bank has clearly said that if you do not update your KYC, then your account will be frozen. You will not be able to withdraw money, deposit money, or make any transfer. Online banking services will also stop.

How to Update KYC and Check the Status

To update your KYC, you have to give some documents that prove your identity and address. These documents can be your Aadhaar card, voter ID, electricity bill, gas bill, ration card, PAN card, a recent photo, income proof, and your registered mobile number.

You can update your KYC by visiting the nearest bank branch. You can also use the PNB ONE mobile app from your phone. Another way is to use internet banking. You can also update your KYC by sending the documents through email or post.

To check if your KYC is already done, first open the PNB ONE app on your phone. Then go to the personal settings section. After that, tap on the KYC status option. If your KYC is not updated, you will see a message on the screen.

If you do not update your KYC by August 8, your account will be frozen. You will not be able to use any banking services like ATM, UPI, internet banking, or cheque deposit.
