Good news is here. If you’re a farmer involved with the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana from the Central Government, today, the 24th, is a big day for you. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to announce the 19th installment of the PM Kisan Yojana.

Eligible farmers will receive this installment, following the previous 18 installments they’ve already benefited from. So, today, the 19th installment will be credited to farmers’ bank accounts. Let’s find out when this money will hit their accounts and where PM Modi will be releasing it from.

Farmers will receive Rs 2000

For those benefiting from the PM Kisan Yojana, today is the day PM Modi will roll out the 19th installment. Eligible farmers will see Rs 2,000 deposited directly into their bank accounts through Direct Bank Transfer (DBT).

The release will happen from Bihar

The 19th installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi will be launched from Bihar. PM Narendra Modi will be at a program in Bhagalpur, where he will announce the installment and chat with the farmers involved in the scheme. This means that around 9.80 crore farmers will benefit from this 19th installment.

If you’re part of this scheme, you’ll need to have your e-KYC completed to receive the benefits of the installment. If you haven’t done that yet, you might miss out on the installment. You can get your e-KYC sorted at the nearest CSC center or through the official website of the scheme.

KYC

In addition to e-KYC, farmers also need to verify their land. If you haven’t taken care of that, your installment could be delayed.

To get the installment benefits, make sure your Aadhar card is linked to your bank account, and that the DBT option is activated in your account. If you’ve got all that sorted, you’re good to go for the 19th installment.
