PM Kisan Yojana Update- Good news for Indian Farmers. There are various schemes running in the country, from which millions of beneficiaries are benefiting. If we talk about farmers, when they work hard day and night in the fields, protecting their crops from rain, battling drought, procuring high-quality seeds, etc., then the farmers’ crops flourish. However, this is not so easy because farmers face financial challenges, especially those who are small farmers.
To provide financial assistance to such farmers, the Government of India runs the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Under this scheme, farmers are provided financial benefits, i.e., 2,000 rupees three times a year. After 20 installments of these benefits, it’s now the turn of the 21st installment. But do you know which farmers’ installments may be delayed? Probably not.
When can the 21st installment be released?
If you also want to benefit from the 21st installment of the PM Kisan Yojana, then know that a total of 20 installments have been released under the scheme so far. The 20th installment was released on August 2nd, benefiting over 9 crore farmers. Now it’s the turn of the 21st installment, which farmers are eagerly awaiting.
According to the rules, each installment of the PM Kisan Yojana is released approximately every four months, and therefore, the 21st installment is expected to be released in November. However, several media reports suggest the 21st installment may be released before Diwali as the central government may offer a Diwali gift to farmers. However, official information is still awaited.
Which farmers will not get the installment of the scheme and why?
If you want to take advantage of installments under the PM Kisan Yojana, know that this scheme only benefits eligible farmers. If you are ineligible and have applied incorrectly, such farmers are being identified and their applications are being cancelled, and they are being denied installments. Recovery may also be made if necessary.
If you haven’t completed your e-KYC, your installment could be delayed. This is the most important step under the scheme.
Even those farmers who are not getting the land verification work done may be deprived of the benefit of the installment, because this work is also necessary under the rules. If your Aadhaar card is not linked to your bank account and the DBT option is not enabled in your bank account, you may be left without your installment.
