Complete Necessary Procedures for the Installation
To receive the 22nd insinstalment the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, you will need to complete some important procedures. Farmers should link their bank accounts with their Aadhaar cards. E-KYC must be completed. Land records also need to be verified and updated. Failure to complete these tasks may result in the installation being withheld.
How Farmers Can Complete E-KYC
First, farmers need to visit the official website pmkisan.gov.in.

Then, farmers can select the e-KYC option.
Next, farmers need to click on the ‘e-KYC’ option under ‘Farmer Corner’ on the portal.

After that, farmers should enter their Aadhaar number and click on ‘Request OTP’.
Then, farmers need to enter the OTP received on their registered mobile number and submit it.

Your KYC process will then be complete.
When was the scheme launched?
The central government launched the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in 2019 to provide financial assistance to farmers. The government is working to help farmers with the cost of fertilisers and seeds through this scheme. According to government reports, the number of farmers registered under this scheme is approximately 12 crore. Benefits are provided only to those farmers who fulfil all the eligibility criteria.
