PM Kisan 20th installment: E-KYC & Land Verification are Mandatory Requirements, Know Status

Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is being run by the central government to provide financial assistance to farmers. Under this scheme, farmers are given an installment of ₹ 2000-2000 every 4 months. If you are also a beneficiary of this scheme, then you must be waiting for the 20th installment. It is mandatory to do some important work to get the benefit of this scheme, otherwise you will be deprived of the installment.

Waiting for the 20th installment

So far, the beneficiary farmers have been given the benefit of 19 installments under this scheme. Now farmers are waiting for the next installment i.e. 20th installment. On 24 February 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the 19th installment related to PM Kisan Yojana for 9.8 crore farmers of the country.

The installment money was sent to the bank accounts of the beneficiary farmers through DBT. Every installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi comes at an interval of about 4 months. The 18th installment was released on 5 October 2024. 4 months later i.e. on 24 February 2025, the 19th installment was released. Therefore, it is being speculated that the 20th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi can be released in June.

E-KYC

Many farmers did not get e-KYC and land verification done, due to which they could not take advantage of the 19th installment. If you also come to the list of such farmers, then you still have a chance. Before the 20th installment is released, be sure to complete these tasks, otherwise you will be deprived of the next installment as well. If you want to take advantage of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, then farmers have to get e-KYC done. For this, you can do e-KYC by visiting the official website of the scheme www.pmkishan.gov.in. Apart from this, people who visit their nearest CSC center can also complete the work of e-KYC.

Land verification mandatory

Farmers who do not get e-KYC done will not be given the benefit of the scheme. Land verification is also necessary for farmers. Along with this, if they have not done Aadhaar linking, then the amount related to the scheme will not be sent to their accounts. There are still about 4 months left for the release of the next installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, so farmers should complete all the old work that has not been done so that they can get the benefit amount of the scheme on time.
