Middle-class families included in PM Awas Yojana 2025
In India, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is run in two parts. First, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin (PMAY-Rural) is being run to build a house in the village, and second, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban (PMAY-Urban) is being run to build a house in the city. Selection of beneficiary under PM Awas Yojana 2025

- First EWS (Economically Weaker Section), in which the annual income should be less than Rs 3 lakh.
- Second LIG (Low-Income Group), in which the annual income should be between Rs 3 lakh to Rs 6 lakh.
- Third MIG (Middle-Income Group), in which the annual income should be between Rs 6 lakh to Rs 9 lakh.
