RTPS Center: Now, people will not have to visit different government offices. A total of 65 government services like pension, ration card, certificate, and land-related jamabandi will be available at one place at RTPS (Right to Public Service) centers. Its purpose is to provide government services to the common people in a fast and easy way. Earlier, only 20 types of services, like caste, housing, and income certificates, were available. 45 new services have been added to it. With this expansion, the people of the village will not have to visit the block or district headquarters for small works.
This new service of the government includes many facilities like old age pension, application for ration card, scholarship, Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana, jamabandi, and application for birth and death certificate. Rural people will be able to easily avail these services at the panchayat level.
Start of RTPS Center
Let us tell you that the RTPS center was started in the gram panchayats in the year 2019. At that time, facilities like caste, income certificate, housing, and migrant labour accident grant were provided. With this, gradually, some services were added, and the number has reached 20. There was a demand for more services for a long time. Now it has been fulfilled.
Common Service Center will also be operated
Under this new system, the Post Office Common Service Center will also start in the Panchayat Government Building. After the transfer of the post office, online services will be available here in a better way. Through this, a total of 62 types of services of the post office will also be given to the common people. This will include many facilities like insurance, export, and banking. Their benefits will reach even the smallest villages.

Duty of government employees according to the roster
According to the Panchayat government, to solve the problems, the duties of many government department employees have been fixed according to the roster. These employees will have to put a presentation through biometrics. All employees are included in this. All of them will sit in the Panchayat Government Building and directly solve the problems of the public. The villagers will get great relief by resolving all the problems at the Panchayat level itself.
