- After this, send this message to 139.
- You will receive a message with your PNR status within a few seconds.
- Through this service, passengers can receive updated information related to their journey even without internet.

To check PNR status online, passengers can visit the official website of Indian Railways, www.indianrail.gov.in, or the IRCTC website, www.irctc.co.in.
Enter the PNR number of your ticket here, and within a few moments, information about your seat, coach, train status, and booking status will be displayed.

Last year, Indian Railways introduced the ability for passengers to check their PNR status through WhatsApp. To do this, passengers must first save the number 7349389104 on their mobile phone. After this, open WhatsApp and refresh your contact list, so that this number will appear in your chat list.
