Let us tell you that the government gives Rs 1 lakh to women who clear the pre-exam of the Union Public Service Commission i.e. UPSC exam.
So, women who clear the pre-exam of Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) are given 50 thousand rupees. The government has given 50 thousand rupees to 2955 women who cleared the BPSC pre-exam. So, 1 lakh rupees have been given to 102 women who cleared the UPSC pre-exam. If you are also from Bihar and clear the UPSC pre-exam, then you will also be entitled to 1 lakh rupees.

Whereas for offline application, you will have to go to the RTPS counter of the block office and submit the form.
