Murgi palan Yojana: The state government has taken an important step to solve the needs and problems of poultry farms in Haryana. The government has formed a sub-committee of ministers, which includes Environment Minister Rao Narbir Singh, Agriculture Minister Shyam Singh Rana and Development and Panchayat Minister Krishna Lal Panwar. This sub-committee will work to find solutions to the problems of poultry farms and meet their needs.

In the state

In the state, people from economically weaker sections are being given a loan of up to Rs 9 lakh on subsidy to start poultry farm business. There is a provision of 25 percent subsidy for the general category and up to 33 percent subsidy for Scheduled Castes and Tribes.

Five years will be given to repay

Five years will be given to repay the loan and if any difficulty arises, an additional exemption of up to six months is also given. The sub-committee formed by the state government will hold meetings with the Poultry Farm Association and prepare a report on the needs and problems of the business and submit it to the government.

Commissioner and Secretary of Development and Panchayat Department Amit Kumar Agarwal has issued an important directive. Accordingly, the Department of Environment and Climate Change has been designated as the nodal department to provide assistance to the sub-committee. The nodal officer of this department will be the Director of Environment. This decision has been taken to provide necessary assistance to the sub-committee and facilitate its functions.
