Now according to the latest information, no date has been announced yet for registration and money transfer. The portal for registration is still being made. The work is in the final phase. Registration will start only after the portal is made public. Then further work will start. It may take 1 to 2 months.

How can you apply?
To enable eligible women to avail the benefits of this scheme, the Delhi government is developing an online portal where women can register themselves for this scheme. A separate software is being developed to verify all the filled forms and identify eligible women.
The government will send Rs 2500 every month, but eligible women will not be able to withdraw the entire amount from their account. The government is preparing for this under a special plan. Under the Samriddhi Yojana, the amount received by the women of Delhi will be divided into 2 parts. Under this, a part of Rs 2500 will be transferred to the digital currency wallet of the beneficiary women. The remaining amount will be deposited as a recurring deposit.
Actually, the government wants to promote savings among women. The government believes that by getting money in two parts, women will not be able to spend the entire amount. Money will be deposited in the recurring account. They will be able to use it for children’s education or for their employment. The Union Ministry of Women and Child Development has decided the guidelines regarding this. These will be placed before the ministers soon.
Under the Mahila Samridhi Yojana, the amount deposited in the recurring account can be withdrawn only after a fixed time. What will be the lock-in period? How much money will be deposited in the recurring account? How much money will be deposited in the wallet? This will be decided by a group of ministers headed by CM Rekha Gupta.
