What is the LIC Bima Sakhi Yojana?

Through the LIC Bima Sakhi Yojana, women are given three years of training so that they can work as LIC agents in the future. Women also receive a stipend during this training. In the first year, Rs. 7000 is given every month. This amount decreases to Rs. 6000 per month in the second year, while in the third year, women receive a stipend of Rs. 5000 per month.

Who can apply?

Women who have passed the 10th grade can apply for this scheme. The applicant’s age should be between 18 and 70 years. Another important condition is that no one in the applicant’s family should already be an LIC agent. After completing the three years of training, women can earn a good income by becoming LIC agents.
