How to apply on the Passport Seva Portal
To correct your name, first register on the official Passport Seva website, passportindia.gov.in, or log in with your existing account. Then go to the Re-issue Passport option and select the name correction option. Fill in the online form with the correct name and other necessary information. Then upload the required documents and pay the prescribed fee. After that, book an appointment at a Passport Seva Kendra or Passport Office.
