The new system will feature an improved user interface, faster ticket booking, easier navigation, and modern features.

New IRCTC platform to be launched from July 15

IRCTC will launch a new website and mobile app on July 15, 2026, with the goal of providing an enhanced digital experience for passengers. The new website features a modern design to make it easier for users to search for tickets, make bookings, and manage their accounts. Many new features will be available

The new PRS system will allow passengers to choose their preferred seating options. A fare calendar will also be provided, allowing passengers to better plan their travel by viewing fares for different dates.

The Railways has also stated that facilities for the disabled, students, and patients may be added to the platform. Furthermore, the website interface will be available in multiple languages ​​and will be easy to use.

 

AI will be available through RailOne app

Indian Railways has already launched an app called RailOne. This app uses artificial intelligence (AI) to predict the probability of a waitlisted ticket getting confirmed. This helps passengers make informed decisions when booking tickets.
