Entire Rail Ticketing System to be Integrated into One App
Until now, rail passengers had to rely on different apps for different services. The UTS app was necessary for general tickets, and the IRCTC app for reserved tickets. This system often led to technical difficulties for passengers. This situation will change completely after the implementation of the RailOne app. With this single app, passengers will be able to book both reserved and unreserved tickets.
