Here cases such as general traffic violations such as not putting seat belts, not wearing helmets or jumping red light, parking in the wrong place are heard. If your car was not involved in any criminal activity or accident, then your invoice can be reduced or forgiven.
There will be no relief on these matters
If the challan is sent to the regular court, then there will be no agreement in the Lok Adalat. Driving license can be suspended if traffic e-challan is not paid within three months. If your vehicle does not fill the challan, your vehicle can be confiscated, can be blacklisted and you may be imprisoned.
