After this enter your name, date of birth, PAN number, email and mobile number and verify the mobile number through OTP.
Now create an account by creating a password. After logging in, you will see the credit score and complete report on the dashboard. This report includes information about all the loans linked to your PAN card, their status, payment history and EMI.
What to do if wrong loan is shown?
If you come to know about any loan in the report received from CIBIL, which you have not taken but it is linked to your PAN card, then you can file an online complaint by visiting RBI’s complaint portal cms.rbi.org.in. In the complaint, the name of the loan related bank / NBFC, CIBIL report, PAN card and identity card have to be uploaded.
Apart from this, you can also directly contact the concerned bank or NBFC whose loan is visible in the report. Tell them in writing that you have not taken a loan and give the necessary documents. Make sure to take a receipt from the bank / NBFC so that the legal process can be easy further.

If PAN card is lost, report it immediately and check your credit report from time to time.
Do not keep your documents in online drives. If you have to carry the card online, then use government apps like DigiLocker.
