Who can claim financial help from this government initiative?
To qualify for the old age pension, applicants must be at least 60 years old and possess a BPL card. Similarly, women seeking widow pensions must also be over 60 years of age. For those applying for the disability pension, it is essential to have a certificate indicating 80 percent disability, which must be signed by the Civil Surgeon of a government hospital at the district level.

Applicants must be permanent residents of the state. Additionally, they are required to provide a voter ID card, Aadhaar card, ration card, income certificate, bank account information, and a certificate for old age, widowhood, or disability, along with a passport-sized photograph.
