Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to roll out the 19th installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana this Saturday. Each of the 2,301,183 farmers in the Gorakhpur division will receive Rs 2000. Interestingly, this installment will also be credited to farmers who haven’t registered yet. However, for the upcoming 20th installment, all farmers will need to complete their registration.
The last installment, the 18th, was released by Modi on October 5. Now, with the 19th installment coming up, Joint Agriculture Director Dr. Arvind Kumar Singh mentioned that while registration was initially mandatory, many farmers missed out. To ease their situation, the government has decided to provide this installment to those who haven’t registered.

To check your PM Samman Nidhi status, head over to the official PM Kisan Yojana website at pmkisan.gov.in. Click on the Farmer Corner section on the homepage, then select the Beneficiary Status link. Enter your details like your Aadhaar number, bank account number, or mobile number, and hit submit. This will let you know if your PM Samman Nidhi has been credited.
The Government of India is running many great schemes to provide financial assistance to farmers in the country. PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is also one of them. This scheme was started by the Central Government in the year 2019. On October 5 last year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the money of the 18th installment of the scheme in Maharashtra.
