Gold Price Today: Whenever gold prices rise, Indians make large purchases. Indians’ love for gold seems to be waning despite its rising prices. It’s common to see that as the price of a commodity rises, its demand decreases. However, the opposite is being observed with gold. Despite the high cost, people continue to buy.

Meanwhile, ahead of Dhanteras and Diwali, the prices of gold and silver have surprised people. On October 15th, gold reached a new all-time high in the bullion market. The cost of 24-carat gold has now reached ₹130,595 per 10 grams, inclusive of GST, while silver has reached ₹181,761 per kilogram, inclusive of GST. In October, the price of gold increased by ₹11,443 per 10 grams, while the cost of silver rose by ₹35,666 per kilogram.

According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), the price of 24-carat gold has risen by ₹640 to ₹1,26,792 per 10 grams. It was at ₹1,26,152 on October 14th. Silver prices have fallen by ₹1,633 to ₹1,76,467 per kg. Yesterday, silver was at an all-time high of ₹1,78,100.

On October 15th, 23-carat gold opened at ₹126,284 per 10 grams, up ₹637. After the addition of GST, its price is now ₹130,072. Making charges are not yet included.

The price of 22-carat gold has risen by ₹586 to ₹116,141 per 10 grams. The cost of gold after GST is Rs 119625. Making charges are not included in this yet.

18-carat gold has become costlier by Rs 480 and has reached Rs 95,094 per 10 grams. With GST, its price has reached Rs 97949 per 10 grams. Making charges are not included in this yet.

14-carat gold has also become costlier by Rs 374 and has reached Rs 74,173 per 10 grams, and now stands at Rs 76,398 including GST. Making charges are not included in this yet.
