PM Kisan Yojana Update: The Modi government is soon going to give the money of the 20th instalment of Rs 2,000 to the farmers, which is being discussed rapidly. As per the rules, the central government transfers an iinstalmentof Rs 2,000 every four months. On 24 February 2025, the farmers received the amount of the 19th instalment, after which they are eagerly waiting for the next installment.

It is being speculated that the government can put the money of the 20th instalment of Rs 2,000 in the first week of August, i.e. before Rakshabandhan. On the other hand, the non-receipt of instalment money after four months remains the centre of discussion among the farmers. When is the instalment possible?

According to media reports, the next iinstalmentof Rs 2,000 under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana can be released by August 2, 2025. It is being speculated that Narendra Modi can release the money of the nextinstalmentt of the scheme from his parliamentary constituency, Varanasi. Last time,e when the 17th instalment was released in the Kharif season, he came to his parliamentary constituency.

However, no date has been officially announced for releasing the instalment money yet. Such claims are being made in media reports. You can easily check whether the instalment of the scheme has come or not, without having to worry.

How many instalments did you get?

For information, let us tell you that the central government has so far transferred Rs 38,000 in 19 iinstalmentsof Rs 2,000 under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. The government sends Rs 6,000 in three ininstalmentsf Rs 2,000 every year. More than 12 crore farmers are associated with this scheme.

If you fulfil the eligibility conditions, then you will get the benefit of an instalment. It has been made very important for farmers to get e-KYC done. If e-KYC is not done, the instalment money will be stuck. This will be a big shock for the farmers.
