Small and Marginal Farmers – 50 to 60% subsidy Farmers of All Other Categories – 40 to 50% subsidy Demand Draft Amount Required for Agricultural Equipment If you are applying for a subsidy on agricultural equipment, you will need to submit a demand draft (DD) for the prescribed amount. Here is the amount required for each piece of equipment: Power Weeder – ₹3100 Power Tiller (more than 8 BHP) – ₹5000 Power Harrow – ₹3500 Shredder/Mulcher – ₹5500 Straw Reaper – ₹10,000 Reaper (Automatic/Tractor Driven) – ₹3300 Important: Before getting the demand draft made, confirm the amount with the concerned department or office to avoid any issues in the process.
