But for this, your mobile number must be registered with EPFO. You have to call the toll-free number 9966044425 from your registered mobile number, which will be disconnected in a short while. A few seconds later, you will receive a message on your mobile, which will contain information about your account balance and latest updates. Let us tell you that there is no extra charge for this.

Another easy way to check PF balance is SMS service. For this also, your mobile number must be linked to your PF account. You have to send EPFOHO UAN from your registered number to EPFO’s number 7738299899. After this, you will receive a message with balance and account related information.
