EPFO 3.0: If someone in your family is a PF employee, a new facility is being launched, which has been discussed extensively. The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation, i.e., EPFO, is preparing to launch its digital platform 3.3.0, scheduled for May-June. It has also been officially announced.

Union Labour and Employment Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has already announced this. The purpose of this upgraded system by EPFO ​​​​is to provide transparency with better facilities to several crores of EPF holders. In the new project, numerous valuable facilities will be introduced through the IT infrastructure. Through this, the members will have a great experience with a lot of speed in processing.

What new facilities will be provided in EPFO ​​​​3.0

A facility to withdraw money from an ATM

Many facilities will be provided as soon as the EPFO ​​​​3.0 project is launched. EPF members will be able to withdraw funds directly from the ATM after their claim has been approved. Facilities will be available, including everyday banking transactions. Additionally, settlement of claims will now be processed through an automated system. This will reduce the need for manual processes and reduce processing time.

A digital correction facility will be available.

EPF members can update their account information online. This will end the documentation process. Apart from this, the process of OTP-based verification will be implemented in place of the traditional form-based process. This will simplify and expedite the membership process.

The complaint system will be improved.

EPFO 3.0 will improve the complaint system. The new platform will feature a more efficient and streamlined complaint process. This will help resolve account holders’ problems quickly.

These services will also be expanded. The Employees’ 

State Insurance Corporation is working towards providing free treatment to people under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana. This treatment will be available in government and private charitable hospitals. Additionally, 165 hospitals across the country have been recently included in the ESIC network. Providing health services to about 18 crore beneficiaries.
