You need to visit UIDAI’s MyAadhaar portal https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in.
Log in using your Aadhaar number and registered mobile number. You will receive an OTP on your mobile number which you can enter to proceed.
After logging in, you will get the option to upload your Proof of Identity (PoI) and Proof of Address (PoA) documents. Make sure you upload valid and clear documents.
