This calculation is completely approximate. We have considered fitment factor 1.92, dearness allowance (DA) 0% (DA gets merged in basic in new pay commission), 30% HRA for X city and higher TPTA for big cities as the basis. The actual figures will depend on the recommendations of the 8th Pay Commission. This is just an example so that you can get an idea.
