Ration card holders will not get the benefit

Under which now the names of the beneficiaries who do not get e-KYC done will be removed from the list of ration cards. At the same time, a big problem has arisen in front of lakhs of beneficiaries who have been negligent in getting eKYC done. However, the names of children up to 5 years will not be suspended for the time being.
How many cards do Antyodaya and Grihastha people have?
For information, let us tell you that at present there are a total of 8,88,315 ration cards in the district, including Antyodaya and eligible households, through which about 34,68,348 beneficiaries are given the benefit of ration at a low price. At the same time, strict action will be taken against those who are negligent. Only 81.4 percent of beneficiaries in urban areas and 78.57 percent of beneficiaries in rural areas have had e-KYC done. Out of which 513075 beneficiaries in rural areas and 35892 beneficiaries in urban areas have not had e-KYC done.
