Yamaha India is once again in the news as the company prepares to launch a new two-wheeler in November. On November 11th, Yamaha will be unveiling a new product, for which the company has sent out invitations called Block Your Date. Now the question is, will it be the stunning XSR 155 bike or the premium Nmax 155 scooter? Some reports even suggest that the company may unveil both models, but there has been no official confirmation yet.

XSR 155
Yamaha XSR 155 has been spotted in India several times during testing, and now it looks like its wait is finally over. This bike is already quite popular among the youth because of its neo-retro design. Modern performance with classic looks is the true identity of the XSR 155.
It features round LED headlamp, front USD forks, tear-drop fuel tank design, LED indicators and flat single-piece seat, giving it a stylish and premium look. The bike includes features such as 17-inch wheels, disc brakes on both ends, and rear mono-shock suspension.
Talking about the engine, the XSR 155 gives the same 155cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine power as found in the R15 V4. This engine generates 18.1 bhp power and 14 Nm torque. Now let’s talk about Yamaha’s second great product Nmax 155, which was shown earlier this year at Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. The trend of maxi-scooter is growing rapidly in the Indian market. Models such as the Hero Xoom 160 and TVS Ntorq 150 have changed people’s thinking, and so the arrival of the Yamaha Nmax 155 will be at the right time.
