If you are fond of adventure touring bikes then there is something special for you! TVS Motor Company is soon going to launch its first production adventure bike Apache RTX 300. This bike will not only come with a stylish look, but it will also have a new powerful engine and advanced features. It will compete with KTM 250 Adventure and Suzuki V-Strom 250 SX. Design

The design of this bike is similar to TVS’s 310cc siblings but it has some unique touches as well. Dual LED headlamps, tall windscreen, adventure-style front beak and upswept exhaust will make this bike stand out on the road. TVS has optimized it for touring so it has been given a 19-inch front alloy wheel and a comfortable seating position.

Engine

The TVS Apache RTX 300 will be powered by a new 299.1cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 35 PS of power and 28.5 Nm of torque. It will also get a 6-speed gearbox, ride-by-wire throttle and slipper/assist clutch, which will make shifting smooth.

Features

TVS can launch this bike with full-loaded features, including a full-digital TFT display, multiple ride modes, LED lighting and upside-down front forks for better handling. It can have safety features like ADAS

Now talking about the price, the expected price of TVS Apache RTX 300 can be between ₹ 2.2 lakh to ₹ 2.5 lakh (ex-showroom). It will come in direct competition with KTM 250 Adventure (₹ 2.4 lakh) and Suzuki V-Strom 250 SX (₹ 2.3 lakh). If TVS brings it with good features and competitive price, then this bike can make a splash in the adventure segment.
