Launch
First of all, talking about its launch, TVS introduced the concept version of the Jupiter CNG scooter at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025 held in January this year. According to the company, this scooter can come in the market by the end of 2025 or early 2026. TVS is already working on a new variant of its electric scooter iQube and the RTX 300 adventure bike, but Jupiter CNG will be their biggest launch.
Engine
Now talking about its engine, this scooter has a 124.8cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, which produces 7.2bhp power and 9.4Nm torque. It will be offered with a CVT automatic gearbox, which will make riding even easier. The top speed of the scooter is 30.5kmph, which is enough for driving in the city.
The most important thing is that it has a 1.4kg CNG tank (under the seat) and a 2-litre petrol tank (on the floorboard). TVS claims that this scooter will give a range of 84km/kg on CNG and up to 226km in combined mode (petrol + CNG). That is, you can comfortably drive a long distance by filling fuel once.
Features and design
In terms of design, this scooter will look similar to the petrol Jupiter, but it will be given CNG badging. Talking about the features, it will have options like LED headlamp, semi-digital instrument cluster, USB charging port, side stand indicator and all-in-one lock system.

Although TVS has not yet announced its price, but according to experts, it can be 15-20% more expensive than the petrol Jupiter. That means, its ex-showroom price can be between ₹ 80,000 and ₹ 90,000.
