Tata Sumo once held a prominent place in the automotive world, renowned for its widespread presence on the roads.As per rumors, this iconic vehicle can make a comeback, reimagined for a new generation.

In its heyday, the Sumo was a beloved and successful SUV, and the revamped model aims to take on competitors like the Mahindra Scorpio and XUV 700. However, Tata Motors has yet to release official details about this new iteration.

The updated Sumo may be equipped with luxurious interiors, offering ample space for 5 to 7 passengers. It can feature a digital instrument cluster, a sizable touchscreen infotainment system, and plush seating. Safety is a priority, with over six airbags, advanced driver assistance systems, an anti-lock braking system with EBD, brake assist, and three-point seat belts included.On the exterior, the new Sumo can showcases a striking front grille paired with modern headlights equipped with daytime running lights. It can come with 19- or 20-inch wheels, and the side profile is expected to be more robust.

The rear probably to feature sleek LED tail lights, enhancing its contemporary look.Rumors suggest that it can be available in both petrol and diesel variants; the new Sumo will be powered by a 2.0-litre engine, designed to be a tough SUV.

Its anticipated price range is between Rs. 12 to 14 lakhs. More information about this exciting new model is expected to be unveiled on January 17-18, catering to both personal and commercial markets.
