India’s automobile market is now increasingly moving towards electric revolution. Previously, where electric cars were counted only in the luxury segment, they are now becoming the first choice of the common people. Expensive petrol, increasing pollution and the government’s EV-friendly policies have led people towards clean mobility.
Meanwhile, Tata Motors is going to introduce a new electric avatar of its iconic car Nano – Tata Nano EV which will also be affordable, stylish as well and perfect for the future. So let’s know its details.

Tata Nano
Let me tell you, when Tata Nano was launched in 2008, it got the title of world’s cheapest car. At that time, the dream of millions of Indians was fulfilled that it would not be expensive to walk on four wheels. Even though the petrol version was not successful for a long time, Nano had relinquished his identity as ‘People’s Car’.

Now the same identity, Tata Motors, is bringing back the new Nano EV. This time the focus is on affordability, sustainability, and urban comfort — ie a car that fits easily into everyday life and does not even fall heavily on the pocket.
Price
The biggest attraction of Nano EV is its price tag. With an initial price of ₹5.10 lakh, it will become India’s cheapest electric car ever. No other electric car comes in this price range. This is why it is becoming the perfect choice for middle-class families, students and first-time car buyers.
While the price of the rest of the EVs goes up to ₹8– 10 lakhs, Nano EV has broken this price barrier. Now electric car ownership has become possible for everyone.

Performance
Talking about its performance, the new Tata Nano EV 2025 could give the company a Lithium-ion Battery Pack, which will give a range of up to 250 kilometers once charged. It will be perfect for commuting or short distance trips within the city.
Its top speed can be kept up to 100 km / h, which gives safe and smooth driving experience according to Indian roads. It will also have two drive modes – Eco and Normal –, allowing the user to adjust power and battery consumption to suit their needs.

Design and Features
The new Nano EV will retain the identity of the older model but now a touch of modern electric styling has been added to it. It features sleek LED headlamps, redesigned bumpers, and aerodynamic body lines, giving it a futuristic look.
Its interior features features such as digital display, smartphone connection, air conditioning, and power steering. That is, it is definitely cheap but feeling pays a premium.
