Tata Scarlet
Tata Scarlet is a new Tata Motors compact SUV that draws inspiration from the legendary Tata Sierra, with a retro look paired with contemporary design. The vehicle will come with two powertrains — a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel. Tata Scarlet is aimed at young car owners who desire power and performance with effortless urban handling. The base price is also expected to be below ₹9 lakh, which will make it a thrilling option for pocket-friendly buyers who want something fresh and new.
Tata Nexon New Generation (Garud)
The new-gen Tata Nexon, code-named Garud, is also set to be launched. Developed over the new X1 platform, it will have loads of premium features that will give it an edge. Customers can look forward to features such as a panoramic sunroof, 360-degree camera, all-digital display, and Level 2 ADAS. The engine options will be a 1.2-litre turbo petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel. In spite of all the changes, Tata will maintain its price below ₹9.50 lakh, positioning it well in the sub-4m SUV segment.
Tata Punch Facelift
Tata Punch is already one of the best-selling micro SUVs, and now it is being given a facelift. The new model will have an updated exterior design, a bigger touchscreen infotainment screen, digital instrument panel, and better cabin quality. It will retain the 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, but probably tuned for enhanced performance and fuel efficiency. The price will be around ₹6 lakh for the base model, while the top model will cost ₹7.5 lakh, great value for buyers of SUVs for the first time.
