India’s electric two-wheeler market has just seen a new bold entrant. Oben Rorr EZ Sigma, the new electric bike, is all set to take on Ola’s hit roadster. With fresh design enhancments, improved range, and intelligent features, this EV is set to provide customers with a fashionable yet pragmatic choice — and it’s already available for bookings.
Price, Booking & Variants
Oben Rorr EZ Sigma is available in two battery options. The first has a 3.4 kWh battery for ₹1.27 lakh, and the second has a 4.4 kWh battery for ₹1.37 lakh (both ex-showroom, introductory). Bookings are available at a mere ₹2,999, and test rides have already started at Oben outlets. Deliveries will commence from August 15, 2025.
Battery, Speed & Charging
Powered by an LFP battery with high life and heat resistance, this bicycle provides robust performance. It goes from 0 to 40 km/h in 3.3 seconds and reaches a maximum speed of 95 km/h. With different variants, it can cover up to 175 km on a single charge. The bike can also fast charge, with a 0 to 80% charge being possible in 1.5 hours.
Ride Modes and Design Adjustments
Rorr EZ Sigma offers three ride modes: Eco, City, and Havoc — providing versatility for varied conditions. Based on the Rorr platform, this iteration comes with updates for easier daily use. A new red electric colour adds to the earlier available Photon White, Electro Amber, and Surge Cyan shades. The seat has been reworked to be more comfortable on longer journeys, while the 200 mm of ground clearance and 17-inch wide tyres position it even better for Indian roads.
Smart Features and Display
The new 5-inch TFT color display is loaded with contemporary features. It features turn-by-turn navigation, call and message notification, music play control, and trip information. A reverse mode has been included for convenient parking. Customers also receive a 1-year complimentary subscription to the Oben Electric App, which provides smart utilities such as remote diagnostics, anti-theft lock, ride tracking, and charging station locator.
