Design
Although the old Bolero has been identified by its boxy and strong design, Mahindra has made it even more attractive in the new version. At the same time, a new grille is visible in the prototype seen in testing, which has vertical slats and circular LED headlamps. Where as well, DRLs (Daytime Running Lights) are also present, which give it a premium look.

The bonnet has been designed a bit stylishly, while the wheel arches are in square shape. In which new dual-tone alloy wheels and body cladding further highlight its strength. Overall, the new Bolero will look like a tough young and modern SUV, which will also retain the legacy of the older version.
Interior
If seen, the new Bolero will be quite upgraded from the inside. Although the prototype was still in camouflage, some things were clearly visible. The steering wheel in it looks like Mahindra Scorpio N, which will give a premium experience. Also, the dashboard has been completely redesigned, in which a touchscreen infotainment system is also visible.
However, the design of the center console has also changed, which will get better storage and control buttons. At the same time, new fabric or leather upholstery can also be used on the seats and door panels. That is, the new Bolero will be more comfortable and feature-packed than before.

Engine
Now talking about its engine, currently, the Bolero Neo gets a 1.5L, 3-cylinder diesel engine, which gives 99 bhp power. But in the new Bolero, Mahindra will probably use the 1.5L, 4-cylinder diesel engine found in the Thar and XUV 3XO. Where this engine will not only give more power, but will also improve the driving experience.

Price
On the other hand, talking about the price, the new Bolero may be slightly more expensive than the Bolero Neo, as it will get more features and better engine. But if Mahindra continues to sell the old Bolero along with it, then customers will get two options, budget friendly old model and feature-rich new version.
