Design
At first glance, the V85 TT wins your heart. Its design is as if someone has upgraded a classic adventure bike from the 1980s with 21st century technology. Round headlight, tall windscreen, spoke wheels, and that signature longitudinal V-twin engine – everything combines to create a look that is both retro and tough. When this bike is parked on the roadside, people are forced to stop and take a look. Its build quality is top-notch, every weld, every joint is finished with impeccable finish, showing that this is not a mass-produced machine but a carefully crafted piece of art.

Engine
Moto Guzzi bikes are identified by their unique engine. Even in the V85 TT you get an 853cc air-cooled, 90-degree V-twin engine. Listen, this engine is not liquid-cooled, so you will feel a little heat, but that is its life! When you start it, the whole bike is felt shaking a little to the right side – this is the famous “shuffle” of Moto Guzzi. This is its character, there is nothing lacking in it. This engine produces 80 HP power and 82 Nm torque. The numbers may seem low by today’s standards, but remember, adventure touring isn’t just about top speed. You get your torque at very low RPMs, meaning driving in traffic or handling tight corners is a breeze. Power delivery is smooth and predictable, making you feel fresh even on long rides.
Comfort and Riding
In terms of comfort, the V85 TT will not disappoint you at all. Its seat is comfortable and the riding position is natural and relaxed. The handlebar is at the right height, footpegs are also well placed. You won’t feel tired even on long roads. The suspension setup (USD forks in the front and mono-shock in the rear) is a little on the softer side, so you don’t feel too many jolts even on the rough Indian roads. There is a strange feeling of peace while cruising on the highway.

Features and Technology
Moto Guzzi has also loaded the V85 TT with modern technology. You get a full-colour TFT instrument cluster that looks very cool. You get features like all the riding stats, navigation, and phone connectivity. It also gets multiple riding modes – Road, Rain, and Off-Road – which adjust engine response and traction control. ABS is also switchable, which comes in handy for off-road riding. LED lighting is present throughout the bike, which makes it good for night riding.
