Design
The design of Maruti Suzuki e-Vitara is quite modern and premium. It has LED projector headlights, Y-shaped daytime running lights and front fog lamps. Being an electric vehicle, it does not need a traditional radiator grill, which makes its front look even more clean and stylish.
In the side profile, black cladding and 18-inch aerodynamic alloy wheels further enhance its beauty. At the rear, three-piece LED taillights and glossy black strip complete its stylish appeal.
Interior
If we talk about the interior, the interior of e-Vitara is quite high-tech and comfortable. It has a dual-spoke steering wheel, 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system and 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster.
Apart from this, features like panoramic sunroof, 10-way adjustable driver seat, ventilated front seats and wireless charging make it even more special. In terms of safety, it has 7 airbags, 360-degree surround view camera and ADAS technology, which makes it a safe and smart electric SUV.
Battery and Range
Maruti Suzuki e-Vitara is going to come in two battery variants. The variant with a 49 kWh battery gives a WLTP range of 344 km and its front-wheel drive system generates 142 bhp power and 193 Nm torque. At the same time, the variant with a 61 kWh battery gives a range of 426 km in front-wheel drive, while the all-wheel drive variant will come with a range of 395 km.
In terms of charging, the 49 kWh battery gets fully charged in 6.5 hours on a 7 kW AC charger, while this time is reduced to 4.5 hours on an 11 kW charger. The 61 kWh battery takes 9 hours to fully charge on a 7 kW charger, but this time is reduced to 5.5 hours on an 11 kW charger. With the DC fast charging facility, both battery variants can be charged up to 80% in just 45 minutes.

Price
The Maruti Suzuki e-Vitara is expected to be priced between Rs 17 and Rs 26 lakh (ex-showroom). This price will put it in direct competition with rivals like the Hyundai Creta Electric and the Tata Curve EV. If Maruti Suzuki keeps its price competitive, it could become a big player in the Indian electric SUV market.
