Maruti Suzuki is going to launch its first electric SUV e-Vitara in this year’s festive season. It was first shown at the 2025 India Mobility Global Expo, and now its spy shots are also coming out during continuous testing. This SUV is built on a new EV platform Heartect e, in which more than 50% high tensile steel has been used, which makes both safety and structure strong.

Production and global planning:

Both e-Vitara and its Toyota version will be manufactured from the Gujarat plant. Not only the Indian market, but it will also be exported to foreign countries.
