Mahindra Vision S Concept
Mahindra recently unveiled the Vision S Concept at its Freedom NU event. This concept car gives a glimpse of the brand’s future SUVs and also gives an idea of the kind of vehicles Mahindra is going to launch in the coming times. With concepts like Vision S, Vision T, Vision SXT, Mahindra has made it clear that their new range will be based on the NU IQ platform.

Let us tell you that Vision S is being discussed the most because it can get a place in the Scorpio family. Yes, the name ‘S’ indicates Scorpio. The question is whether this is a preview of the new generation ICE Scorpio or Scorpio EV? Maybe Mahindra is working on both variants!
Design
The exterior design of the Vision S Concept is quite attractive. It may look smaller than the current Scorpio N, but its boxy shape, tall pillars and upright proportions are reminiscent of the new-age Land Rover Defender. Especially from the rear, it looks even more like a Defender.

At the front, inverted L-shaped LED headlamps, grille with Twin Peaks logo and bumper with quad LED lights further enhance its aggressive look. Two-tone paint scheme, jerry cans on the side, 19-inch star-shaped wheels and red brake calipers enhance its stylish appeal.

ICE or EV
While the fuel tank lid is visible in the Vision S Concept, indicating its ICE engine nature, Mahindra has talked about its modular platform. This means that this platform is ready for electric variants as well. It is possible that in the coming time, Scorpio EV will also come on this platform, but this has not been confirmed yet.
